Commissioned by RougeGorge, Cliché is a year-long portrait and interview series exploring the stereotypes surrounding women’s bodies and femininity.
I led the production, casting and overall direction of the project, developing one portrait and filmed interview each month around themes such as age, skin conditions, body shape, breast size and post-operative realities.
Through an intimate and direct visual approach, the series aimed to challenge normative representations of the female body while creating space for personal narratives and embodied experiences.
